Development Partners International is the development firm, led by Fred Pezeshkan and Jerry Starkey. Their combined experience spans large-scale master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, high-rise residences, and premier hospitality projects throughout Florida. Pezeshkan developed iconic buildings on Fifth Avenue South and Naples Bay Resort. Starkey has built luxury communities, golf courses, hotels, and marinas across Florida and beyond. Both have deep civic roots in Naples.

Borges & Associates Architects is the architecture firm — internationally published with over 25 years of experience and a portfolio of award-winning residential and mixed-use projects. Their work is shaped by both global perspective and local context.
